At Wikki, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  • Eligibility: We accept exchanges and returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if there is a sizing/fitting related issue.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@wikki.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Once the exchange is confirmed, the product must be shipped to our warehouse within 2 days of confirmation. After receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within the next 3-4 business days.
  • Quality Check: All exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and will be approved or declined based on the inspection.
  • Store Credit: If the size you need is not available, we can either replace the item with another of your choice or issue you a store credit. The store credit will be valid until redeemed and can be used anytime.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: All orders once confirmed are final. Cancellations and refunds cannot be processed. Exceptions for refunds are made only if your order has not been shipped due to the item being out of stock. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check. Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit.
